A target file size is useful when an application portal specifies a maximum size in KB. The tool reports the actual output rather than pretending that a target can always be reached exactly.
Why the local workflow matters
The selected signature image is processed in the browser. That is useful for documents and forms where a signature image is sensitive and you do not want the working file sent to a My Karya Kit processing server.
Always verify the final dimensions and appearance against the destination website's published requirements. Different portals can have different limits for dimensions, format, background and file size.
Keep the original copy
