How to make a request

Email mykaryakit@gmail.com with the request type in the subject, such as “Personal Data Deletion Request” or “Personal Data Access Request”.

Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as the email address used for a waitlist submission or the identifying details associated with a feedback submission. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Requests we support

You may ask about personal data we hold, request correction or updating of inaccurate information, or request deletion where applicable. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, legitimate retention requirements and reasonable verification.

Current data scope

The current application has separate server-backed paths for feedback, a public feedback view, administrator access and a Pro waitlist endpoint. Core local-processing tools are designed not to send working file contents to My Karya Kit processing servers.

Grievance and follow-up

The same email address can be used to raise a privacy grievance or ask for clarification about how a submitted record was handled. We may request reasonable information to verify a request before changing or deleting a record.
